Daytime Revolution, a new documentary on John Lennon and Yoko Ono, is to be released in US cinemas on 9 October 2024. Directed by Erik Nelson, the doc focuses on Lennon and Ono’s co-presenting stint on The Mike Douglas Show in February 1972. It uses archival footage from each of the 70-minute shows as well as interviews with the surviving guests. Daytime Revolution will premiere at the Hamptons International Film Festival, followed by its theatrical release. It will show in more than 50 US cinemas before getting a home release.
